Our Compostable films are produced from agricultural waste, they do not have any percentage of plastic inside and consequently are Bio-base (biological base, made from nature).
Compostability is the next step to biodegradability, in fact the compostable products are treated in composting sites and in the presence of water, bacteria and fungi decompose naturally, within the deadline of three months, becoming an excellent natural fertilizer, a compost of the highest quality, and it is a closing loop.
The Bio/Compostable Bi-Oriented film has characteristics and appearance similar to standard BOPP, we have an industrial compostable certificate of conformity and it complies with the EU regulations related to plastic materials intended to come into contact with foodstuffs.
